Our  priority is to get all the orders out in the quickest time,
so as to not delay the arrival of your packages

All Interac E-Transfers may take up to 12 hours to process on business days.

If your payment has been processed before 9 AM on a business day,
your order will be shipped same business day or next business day.

Ensure that you send your ID if you’re a new member otherwise your order will be delayed.

Looking to Track your Order Status?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

The tracking number will be provided via email before the end of the day that your order is shipped. You may also find your tracking number by entering your Order ID and Email above.

Once your tracking number is updated, you will be able to locate exactly where your package is. If you have any questions or concerns about where your package is, please contact our website LiveChat or email [email protected] and our team will be more than happy to assist.

Typically, if the tracking number does not work it could be two likely circumstances;

  1. The Canada post website has not yet updated their system to include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hrs
  2. Please ensure that the tracking number is entered correctly

If you have not received your order 48 hours after the estimated time of arrival, contact us immediately via live chat on our website or email [email protected] . We will conduct an investigation and take the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives to you safely.

We are not responsible if the incorrect address was given for shipping.
